A grounded space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with your own knowing.

This is one-on-one coaching focused on self-trust, clarity, and meeting yourself honestly in the season you’re in.

These sessions are a place to explore what’s alive for you -

The questions you’re holding, the patterns you’re noticing, and the places where you feel stuck, uncertain, or ready for change.

My approach is intuitive, grounded, and conversational. We work with reflection and awareness rather than advice-giving or fixing. You bring your lived experience; I help you listen to it more clearly. I trust that you already know what’s best & I help guide you there.

This work isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering what’s already true for you.

A note on logistics

At this time, coaching is offered as part of my required practice hours. There is little to no financial exchange for sessions.

While this work is part of my training, the level of presence, care, and commitment remains the same.

Boundaries & clarity

This work is coaching, not therapy, and does not replace mental health or medical care.

You are always in charge of what you share. There’s no pressure to disclose or perform. Our work stays grounded, respectful, and paced in a way that honors your nervous system.
