About me.
You are amazing. I believe that you know what is best for YOU. There might be static in the line, or the signal has dropped completely. This is where I come in. I have a superpower - I am comfortable in the deep, I can be with you even when it’s not pretty. I walk beside you through the hard stuff, holding up a mirror that reflects your brilliance, holding your heart whether things feel great or when you’re falling apart. Being human is hard - I know that personally. In my spaces, no one needs to put on a mask or facade because I welcome all of you.
I believe most of us already know far more than we’ve been taught to trust — and that the work is less about improvement and more about remembering what’s true, what you desire, and how to listen to yourself again without outsourcing your knowing to rules, systems, or someone else’s bullshit.
My work lives at the intersection of intuition, creativity, and lived experience. I work relationally, not hierarchically. Alongside you, not ahead of you. There’s no version of you I’m trying to produce. What unfolds is shaped by your inner life, your timing, and your truth.
I’m drawn to the spaces most approaches rush past — ambiguity, nuance, contradiction, depth. The places where clarity doesn’t arrive through force, but through attention. Where insight comes from listening instead of striving. Where identity is reclaimed, not prescribed.
Over the years, my work has been shaped as much by art, music, and creative lineage as by formal training and my mentor lineage. I’m influenced by those who refused to flatten themselves to be palatable; those who trusted inner vision even when it wasn’t immediately understood; those who treated beauty, truth, and ethics as inseparable. That lineage informs how I hold space — with precision, care, warmth, and an unwillingness to perform or simplify what is complex.
Whether we’re working through conversation, intuitive inquiry, embodied practices, or creative exploration, the heart of the work remains the same: strengthening your relationship with yourself. Not so you become a “better” version of you, but so you can live from the beauty & power that’s already inside you — with more honesty, agency, and ease.
